The House
Casa Pineta is an independent villa located in the residential center of Follonica, 100 meters from the sea.
The house of approx. 80 m2, consists of a living room with kitchen, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people
Around the house there is also the private garden of about 170 square meters equipped with barbeque and sunbeds for sunbathing.

For the exclusive use of guests there are also two large parking lots outside the villa.
